The outer layer has a black base color with white geometric prints with sparkles throughout the fabric. One hook & eye closure at the neck, 3/4 sleeves, no pockets. The jacket does have shoulder pads that can be taken out. Comes with a matching sleeveless top in the same color. 90% acetate and 10% spandex. Good stretch in the fabric. Perfect for travel! Measurements are armpit to armpit laying flat is 19 inches (stretches to 24 inches) and from the top of the shoulder to the hem is 23 inches. The sleeveless top is 14.5 inches armpit to armpit (stretches to 18 inches) and the length is 20.5 inches.
