ONE OF A KIND DESIGNER JACK MCCONNELL VINTAGE PURPLE FELT HAT + FEATHER DETAILS

This is one of Jack McConnell's collector vintage hats made of beautiful purple felt. The crown is round and tall, and the brim is medium width and slightly turned down. There are artistically placed multi colored feathers attached to the hat, as was the style of this world renowned milliner. The red feather attached to the label is significant: Label: STYLED BY JACK MCCONNELL Jack McConnell was referred to as the "King of Millinery". He designed hats for movie stars such as Joan Crawford and Lana Turner. If a hat bears the label "Styled by Jack McConnell New York" it is a one of a kind McConnell original, designed by Jack McConnell.
