kg_authentic @atorr127 They just sent me the order update so I believe first thing tomorrow. They usually do express shipping after they authenticate. Also, they do their own packing/wrapping so I’m praying the box will be ok. I used a lot of bubble wrap when I sent it to them.

atorr127 @kg_authentic I have not recieved the bag. This is insane. I was charged over 2 weeks ago and I don’t even have an estimated delivery date. I am extremely frustrated!!!!!!!! And I have recieved horrible customer service.

kg_authentic @atorr127 I know and I’m frustrated as well. Everyday I have been checking the tracking and it has been stagnant for at least 2 days. I know the cold weather has stalled the deliveries. Are you in a cold region?

Poshmark should have overnighted this purchase and I can’t tell you enough how sorry I am that you are experiencing this. As a seller I’m frustrated as well and really hope you feel happy when you receive the bag. We will be in contact and will work together until this is resolved.

kg_authentic @atorr127 Good morning, Poshmark just sent me an update that they recognize that the package has been delayed, but it’s on the way. They listed a bunch of reasons why the package is delayed, apologized and asked for patience. Not sure if you got a similar update.
