I've worn the jumper only once. It is a pull on. It has one botton on the neck on the crossed over back to open. Please see measurements..... Bust (armpit to armpit): 25" (50" around) <it was hard to take the measurements due to the crossed over back)..... Waist: 21" (42"around) <has elastic waist that will stretch, my hips are 56" and I had no problem putting it on>.... Length (shoulder to hem): 40"...... Inseam: 4"..... Like new!!..... Mannequin is a size 12 - 14 Large / Shoulder 15" / Bust 39" / Waist 31" / Hips 41" / Height of Torso 27"
