• Hinged opening mechanism • Rectangular shape with decorative floral accents • Rustic, aged patina for a vintage look • Compact and functional storage • Old antique Chinese hand made, hand painted elongated rectangular box. It also has hand cut hinges and hand made tacks. The painting depicts two gold Swallows flying around an inlaid mother of pearl and gold Prunus tree. Round hand cut escutcheon, but no key. The box has a lot of paint chips. There are also wood nicks. It measures approximately 10" in length, approximately 2" in height, and approximately 3 3/8" in width.
