Oglebay Wheeling West Virginia blooming flower swirl 2.5" round glass paperweight. This piece features pink, yellow and blue colors in the flower swirl and has controlled bubbles at the base. The bottom is indented and marked with Oglebay and another line of text that I am unable to read. It weighs 1lb. 5.7 ounces. There are 2 small chips in the side which are pointed out in the photos.
