***I purchased this new with tag but the strap where you tighten had a big stain on it, I removed the tags to wash and got 90% of the stain out of the strap as shown, it’s almost impossible to see. I never ended up using this though because I have too many backpacks! 100% unused with a stain that was mostly removed
