Barely ever played with my daughter got this doll on her birthday but she doesn’t really play with dolls anymore The tie the doll has on is made of an elastic band that goes around her neck. You can put it over her head to take on and off The little skinny bottles in tray can take on and off the little cap and a little books with pictures on them are just cardboard and the journal has writing looking paper in it comment if you have any questions
