I purchased this blazer new and have only worn it a couple of times. It is in excellent, clean, cared-for condition. It is a French size 48, US size 38. Chest measures 20" from armpit to armpit. Sleeve measures 26" from shoulder seam to end of sleeve. Shoulder measures 16.5" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. The blazer measures 28" in length from the base of the collar to the bottom hem, with the measurement taken at the center of the back.
