OFFERS PLS! Fashion Bug Black Floral Dress

Black floral pattern dress from Fashion Bug. The under layer is a black slip dress and the over layer is black mesh with the floral pattern. The top has a crossover front with ruffles and ruffle cap sleeves and there is a matching waist sash. There is a side zipper as well. I am 5'5" and the dress goes to my mid-calf. The last time I wore this was in 2012!!
