Hi! I see it says size 10 but looks smaller, do you think it would fit size 4-6?

@emily_elaine Thank you for your interest! I will provide you the measurements and you can decide. This dress measures 14” across the waist and 17” across. The waist has elastic and does gather in a bit. I do have other dresses here in my closet like the beautiful Kay Unger dress that is a size 6.
