A "1966 Christian Gobrecht coin" is not an official US government-issued coin, but a commemorative medal or token. Christian Gobrecht was the third Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint from 1840 to 1844 and is best known for designing the Gobrecht Dollar (1836-1839) and the Seated Liberty motif used on various US coins.
The 1966 commemorative token was issued by the Hanover Numismatic Society in Hanover, Pennsylvania, Gobrecht's hometown.
The value of these medals can vary.
