Used for 1 year, bought new off Michael Kors website. Smoke free home! No rips, bottom of bag is beautifully clean! I was just surprised with a new Coach bag, so I don't need it anymore. That being said... I recently moved and cannot find the shoulder strap or changing pad. I never used them so they were sorted away somewhere. bellamia2305 So you don’t have the shoulder strap for this? Are you able to carry it over your shoulders with the current straps?

amysellsstuff14 @bellamia2305 yes, you are; that’s how I carried it. The shoulder strap had it too long so it was bouncing around and taking me off balance while holding my baby. The wraps on it being shorter went over my shoulder easily and kept it close to me for better balance
