Nwt size small milkmaid floral patterned dress

This milkmaid dress has a chest adjustment ties and a side zipper on the right side. The base color is light pastel blue These are a true to size small for the waist and the length is mid length above the knee if you are 5'0 ft tall. These are new with tags, however it came with a flaw near the opening of the side zipper. Didn't bother trying them as my waist line is at 27in. Please ask for measurements as needed. Thank you! :)
