lauraolvera478 Hi. Does the ruffle go up to the arm pit? I see the image of it on the mani and it’s the exact style i want but then i see it hung on the hanger and it looks like the ruffle is going up the side to the arm pit. 😅 can you just confirm if it does or does not. Thank you.
