Reposhing this item I purchased from @brekelm. It is a pretty thick sweater material, has a bit of a flair to it. It’s a pull up skirt with elastic waist with lots of stretch. Laying flat it is 18”. I’m 5’3” & it goes to my knees.

@haleydhirsch hello! So I actually tried it on cause I’m a 12 also and it does fit. I was a 10 when I purchased and it was too big but it will fit a 12, not tight at all, with some give so if your looking for more form fitting this won’t be that, has a bit of a flair towards the bottom.
