tresvim @melissalemaire hi! at the time I posted them I wasn't sure if the size was 4 mm or 3 mm, and I just wanted to be thorough with my listing and it's a 3mm pair. So I have removed the 4mm option, and you should be able to accept the offer! (which I can ship tomorrow with the free gift.) melissalemaire I already purchased a pair of these from you and you never shipped them and ignored every message I sent. I waited weeks and never received my earrings and was never provided any tracking. I'm still waiting for a refund and now you've sent me another offer for the same thing? I don't understand... how am I supposed to order the earrings I already bought from you when I never received them in the first place?

tresvim @melissalemaire okay first things first, I'm so sorry about your missing earrings, I was very ill for 2 weeks and should have put my closet on vacation. secondly, can you go to your orders on your posh menu and select the order? then you just need to click order never received? will refund you immediately
