Nwot 90’s Hand Lace Hem Sheer Accordion Crinkled Slip Skirt

New w/o tags - Never Worn Vintage 90’s by designer Pamela Brown Sheer - 100% Polyester One Size Waist 24” - 48” elastic waist 35.5” Long 🌹Beautiful hand sewn rose & floral lace hem🌹 I’ve had this since the 90’s but never wore it. I believe then it was intended to be worn as a slip with the lace falling below the hemline of a dress or skirt (see pic 4) I think it’s too nice to cover up and would wear it as a skirt with tights or leggings or less as is the style today.😊 Smoke & Pet Free Please feel free to reach out with offers, if you have any questions or would like more pics.
