This version of the machine is designed for direct connection to a water supply, eliminating the need for a water reservoir. The Direct Connect version trades reservoir operation for direct connection into a water line, while the Pour Over version features a massive 3 L reservoir.

mstryker1230 @franktelles56 I was going to start a coffee truck and what I was told to get was a bottled water dispenser pump, which you could also use too. I will post a picture above.
