@karaleeh16 hi, sorry I never saw your message. They fit tts to a 6.5. My feet are between a 6.5 and 7 and they are a bit tight on me. There are gel pads on the footbed for added comfort that can be removed if wanted

@mjfaith158 hello! The heel measures 5in but there is a 1 in platform in the front so it’s about a 4 in heel lift with the platform :)
