Nucut Double Handle Dish

Detailed cut glass bowl with double handle and quilted star designs manufactured by Nucut Imperial Glass. There's a few chips along the rim and one little chunk of impurity in the glass. Measures about: 2.5" tall with a 6.5" top diameter and 10" wide with handles. No noticed cracks but could you a little polishing up.
