Beautiful signed Nov-E-Line 1930s old Hollywood glamour sash or scarf buckle. Faceted crystal paste stones are set in silver metal with a matte finish. The open work design is edged with milgrain. MEASUREMENTS: 2.5” x 2” CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition. No missing stones are damage. The metal has a natural patina and there are faint signs of wear typical of the age.
