rekrapyesak @busybrown I got a 4 star rating bc shipping was delayed over Christmas. Even though I shipped out the next morning after purchase! People need to understand we can't control the postal service!

megbrin @rekrapyesak I had someone do this to me over a Coach bag. She rated it 3 stars and said "item smaller than expected".. The first two words of the description were "small handbag"!!! Like are you kidding me?! Plus all she had to do was ask for dimensions! Ugh, I hate when people make this app no fun because they're ignorant and can't read! 😡

rekrapyesak @lakelilylane haha I always try to be honest but one time I missed one little pull in a pair of pants and the woman rated me 1 star and said the item wasn't as described even though I offered to give her a full refund.

pattycats2 have to figure too that some people will just not be satisfied. They are the same ones that yell at customer service people on the phone, belittle store employees and think everyone else is below them. I had someone tell me an item she paid 50 bucks for was garbage and she threw it in the trash! I was hurt and mad but later I thought it either didn't look good on her or she was just one of "those'. You do the best you can and that's all you can really do.

ycbear22 This is so good! My first sale, I got 3 stars and the buyer wrote other as the reason for the low score! What is other? How can I improve when I don't know what I did wrong. I've gotten 5 stars from every sale since and 2 that didn't rate at all. I want to make everyone happy😊. I want to use if you don't mind😍

poshlifeboss I totally understand it. I sold a NWT Black and Grey Vest and she rated me 1 star because there was no BROWN in it. People are Nuts! I've learned to not worry about ratings, there will always be people who aren't happy no matter what you do. Plus, no one can see your ratings anyway...so I just smile and move on with my day....
