Notations Plus Size 2x 90s Early Y2K Tan Black Stripe Blouse Top Diagonal

This is a nice blouse by Notations, plus size 2x. I believe it is likely 1990s or early 2000s. It has diagonal stripe pattern. It has shoulder pads (could be cut out if desired). Chest is about 26-1/2" pit to pit. Length from back of neck to bottom is about 30". Thanks for looking!
