thriftqueenbee @darcil99 oh my goodness!! Was the packaging damaged as well?? I’m so confused because I sent it out in the same condition as pictured, I even checked it before packing it up. It definitely did not have those cuts in it when I sent it, I’m so sorry but also very confused as to how this happened??

thriftqueenbee @darcil99 so there were no cuts or any kind of damage on the box? Im sorry, I’m just so confused as to how this would even happen! I know for sure that those cuts were not on the bag when I packaged it up 😰 I feel so bad bc I’m not sure what to even do here. 😕

darcil99 @thriftqueenbee I am really confused too because I have never had anything like this before. Its so bizarre. I keep looking at it to see if I could some how repair it and I just dont know. It is so cute and was so excited to get it.

thriftqueenbee @darcil99 same here, I’ve never experienced anything like this either! Everything I ever send out/order always comes as expected. I’m really confused, and I feel so bad! I was really excited for it to go to a new home and for you to love it! 😪 I’m so sorry this happened!

thriftqueenbee @darcil99 hi again, just trying to get to the bottom of this. Was the tape dirty on the inside or just he outside? Also, what was the shipping label stuck on the box with?

darcil99 @thriftqueenbee It looks as if the tape is dirty on the inside. I was looking at it last night and peeled back the tape a little and it seems to have dirt on the sticky side of the tape. I feel so bad for this. I am so disappointed right now. I requested to return it. I am so sorry for that. I feel terrible.

thriftqueenbee @darcil99 that’s very strange because I never touch the inside since I have a tape gun. 🤔 What about the shipping label? Oh and was there anything else in the box? No that’s totally ok, the purse is ruined so I wouldn’t expect you to keep it. I FEEL BAD that this even happened, especially since I’m still soo confused how it even occurred. 😪

darcil99 @thriftqueenbee the shipping label was intact and didnt appear to be tampered with. And the purse was wrapped in tissue paper and was the only thing in the box.

thriftqueenbee @darcil99 so weird! Well I’m going to call my post office later to see if they can sort any of this out for me 😕, but I’m positive you’ll get your refund. Again I cannot say enough how sincerely sorry I am for this whole incident! I hope you’re able to find another purse you love soon! 💞
