Not a good buyer

I sold the item that you see there I sold to that seller who tried to offer after offer try to get me to sell the hat to him for $4 and $5 by agreed to buy it for $6 last Saturday I then shipped it that day and he gave me a 3 start rating for "cleanliness" when I clean my items before selling and I wore the hat only twice in January. He seemed rude and be hesitant to sell to him
