imposhably_chic @nannylove4444 Honestly I never tried these out. I bought them when I was postpartum and was having some hair issues. I liked that they have both biotin and kerotin in them. However, I found that the shampoo I was using seemed to be working for me so I never ended up opening these. They looked promising though and they had good reviews.
