If someone send you the wrong stuff and doesn't answer you what should you do as I am new to this I bought something but she send me the wrong thing by mistake I'm guessing but haven't replied and today is 2nd day

lyelmunz You should contact costumer service & let them know the issue. They will try to contact the seller. If the seller does not respond within few days then poshmark will refund you the item & you keep whatever was sent to you. If the seller does respond, you will have to ship the item back to the seller & your money will be refunded. You can try to repurchase the item again once the seller has re listed the item. khanx Thank you so much @lyelmunz I contacted her so many times like messaged her but she didn't replied but I don't to be mean because she was so nice but I don't know what else to do with the stuff she send me is big on me

lyelmunz You can always re list the item on poshmark and let her know that you are doing so.

qsusie89 @khanx hi there, go into your purchases & click on that purchase & at the bottom there will be something that says problems/inquiries & click that once u get in there click on "item not as described" take photos of what she sent u. It will give u a place to upload them in item not as described & posh will handle the rest. Let me know if u have trouble & I'll walk u through it. Hope this helps, Susie 💜

qsusie89 @khanx it will say "order not as described" once you click that and upload the pics posh will take care of everything they will see that what she sent you isn't what you ordered and will give you a refund and will email u a mailing label to ship the item or items back to the seller. But don't wait cause you only have 3 days to do this or they will release the earnings to the seller. You didn't accept it did you?

fayevitt Contact customer support. It's where you would normally accept the item. You need to make sure you do not wait any longer. Don't accept the purchase. Select the reason that best suits the problem and poshmark will handle this for you quickly.

khanx @qsusie89 well the seller message me just now I think she's also new so I don't blame her either my sister wants to see them I guess it's her size I don't like rating anyone bad I just don't like that thanks a lot your really kind

qsusie89 @khanx your not rating her bad what your doing is protecting yourself. Marking an item as not described has nothing to do with rating her. It just protects you so they don't release her earnings until she makes things right with you. Once 3 days pass posh will no longer help you if u don't do that It's not giving her a bad rating once you resolve things then you can give her an awesome rating it just prevents her from getting her earnings until she makes good on what u ordered that's all. 😊

dizzyval Regarding your question above: contact Posh Support instead of accepting the order. They will not release the funds to the seller if your complaint is valid. Posh even credits you for the postage. Do it promptly when you receive the wrong merchandise. Good lick
