Womens wool a plaid, high waisted skirt. Fits like a womens large.  There is elastic on the back waist that helps with fit and a small zipper on the side of the waist.  There is a tie in the front, and pockets on the side of the skirt that you can put your hands in.   Measurements are in the pictures.  Pre-owned but in excellent condition! Comes from a smoke-free home.  I am open to reasonable offers and if you have any questions please let me know.
