Hi, I have been buying and selling on PM for 6 years. I started out with my own clothing and have since turned it into a full time job. It was fun! I offer new items to resale and used items from my own closet. Over the last few months I have been scammed by buyers and I will be closing and liquidating my closet. I have also made the decision to only sell to active closets and fellow Poshers. Your order will be cancelled if you are new to this platform. I ship M, W, F. If you need it sooner I can make exceptions, just reach out to me. Large bundles will take a little longer to ship. I want to get your order correct and packaged safely. 2katherine@emy4551 Hey. I am so sorry it was cracked. I have had some items damaged during shipping. You have opened a Case with Poshmark and that is the first step. They are going to ask you for photos of the packaging and box it arrived in, so keep all of those and take photos. It has been my experience that if they approve your case (which they will) they will refund you and USUALLY let you keep the items. It might take a few days, but hang tight. They will refund you.
