@miasimmons463 It’s hard to say exactly. I added 2 photos, in the first the corset back was completely loose, and the waist flat was 17, in the next the corset back was pulled in completely, and the waist was 12 lying flat.
I have a 27’inch waist, and just hanging it is loose on me, but I can pull the strings to tighten it to fit me.
