This jacket is 100% waterproof (not just water resistant!). Really sturdy, have owned it for a while, but I don’t use it very much so I want to sell. NOTE ON SIZING: this jacket is a youth girl’s large size (14/16), but pretty equivalent to adult female XS-S. For reference, I am petite size and 5’2”. The sleeve lengths fit perfectly right on my wrist. This jacket is not a thin windbreaker - inside is layered with a nice mesh material, so it keeps me decently warm.
