Frances Arnold Hook was born just outside Philadelphia in Ambler, Pennsylvania. She studied throughout high school and earned a scholarship to the Pennsylvania Museum School of Art where she worked with the noted illustrator Harry Pitz. She was well known for her prints that captured the innocence of children in soft pastels.
A series titled, American Beauties, were children prints illustrated in soft pastels. They were promotional prints from Northern Paper Mills, later called, Northern Tissue. The advertisements began appearing in 1958, skyrocketing sales for the company.
From: Northern Paper Mills, A Marathon Division of American Can Company, Green Bay, Wisconsin
Frances created a set of three little boy prints, titled, All American Boys.

Hello, I am in need of 1 print only. The little boy with the baseball cap. Would you be willing to sell him as a single? Thank you for your kind consideration.

Not really. If you "like" it on Poshmark I'll send an offer later.

Hello again, Poshmark never notified me of your reply, so I apologize for my delayed reply. I see your prints have not yet sold, so I hope you may reconsider. I did give a ♥️ to this post. Thank you~~~

@terri_tina these prints are on other online platforms. By the time I make the listing for just one then Poshmark fee is 20% then I'd have to package so it wouldn't get wet or bent and drive it to the post office. If you use Google Lens you can find them and make an offer for just one.

@terri_tina ask a friend to teach you Google Lens or Google how to use it. I can not lead you off this platform to another.
