The sleeves are not lined. Two front pockets, just deep enough to put your hands in. It is kind of quilted. I generally wear a small but this extra small fits perfectly and can even wear a long sleeve shirt under it and still have plenty of movement. There are no signs of wear like fading, frayed hems or cuffs. The fleece lining is in great shape with no snags, pills, or weird pit stains. There are the The North Face logos on front and back.
