mzdevon @nvenzor24 it's outer lining is 100% nylon and the interior is polyester for warmth. I think there is down too because of the slight puff to it

mzdevon @va2015 I'm a little familiar with the term. But the item I'm selling only has the 2 pieces shown. Of course they have snaps to connect them together and tighten at the bottom for a snug fit around the waist.
