Norman Rockwell Figurine- possibly an original. See description

Possibly a Norman Rockwell miniature hand-painted porcelain figurine from the 90's similar to his "Pride of Parenthood" collection. This could be an original Rockwell that has been glued to this solid wooden base. I don't want to pull it apart and damage. Measurements:  1.385 lbs. Height: ~5.5” just figurine Width: ~5” figurine, ~6" wooden base Depth: ~3" figurine, ~4" w. base
