illinoisindiana @tmp97 Hi! The dress is not see through, and I never wore because I needed a smaller size and missed the return window. The ties are attached at the waist and tied in a knot at the front. And I’m not sure exactly what year it came out, but it is still available online 💕

illinoisindiana @tmp97 You are able to completely untie and adjust to your liking. They are two separate pieces that are sewn onto the sides and hang down almost like a second set of sleeves lol
