This dress is so adorable and flattering. So feminine. It’s versatile too and multi-seasonal. New without tags/never worn. Runs small- tag says Large but fits much more like a medium. Front part is adjustable. Could wear off shoulder or as sleeves. Brand is Row-a, bought at Nordstrom Rack.
