Nordstrom Mini skirt balloon linen look (rayon), lined, zip side SIZE: Large

Nordstrom - Size: Large - Mini skirt - balloon effect with lining - linen look (35% linen), zip side with pull strings to cinch waist (pointless really). The skirt is 14-15" long and the waist is approx 31". This is new with tags, brand is: All In Favor. This has a linen look but it is only 35% Linen, 50% Rayon, 15% Nylon, it says hand wash cold...but who does that with synthetic fibers?
