Chic one shoulder dress with bold black patterns on cream. Perfect for stylish outings. Twist waist which gives it a little give when putting it on. Fabric is lined! Measurements: 14 inches across at the lower bust (where elastic is). 32 inches long measured from top to bottom. Tag!!
