Nordstrom Como Vintage Striped and Floral Dress

Cute shift dress with elastic neckline. 3/4” sleeves tie at cuff. Fabric is a Lightweight cotton/ spandex blend and blue and white striped with bold white flowers outlined in black. Can be worn with or without belt. You can further give it a 60’s look by wearing the belt as a headband. Either way is adorable! Can be worn on or off shoulders. Pit to pit measures 22”. Length: 35”
