Nordstrom Classic V Neck Cardigan

Classic oversized V neck cardigan Viscose/polyester and it ALMOST reminds me of those neoprene scuba fabrics. Not really though, it's just that it is kind of heavy and structured, rather than soft and huggy like a sweater. It is off-white, leaning toward very pale yellow. Armpit to armpit 24" Length from shoulder 23.5" It's technically NWOT, it was a return item. It is in new condition, no flaws. It has a collegiate look to me, kind of like a letter jacket? It's great for layering over a tank top, or maybe even the ribknit tube top I have listed...
