Nordic Ware Commercial Filled Cupcake Pan. USA

This is a super fun pan. Great project with the kids. Make jam filled or cream filled cupcakes. Some people use custard filling in glazed cupcakes and others use jam in Fruit Muffins using this pan. Many unique options. Nordic Ware if you’ve never used it before, is a sturdy cast aluminum pan that uses a nonstick coating. This is not Teflon! Very easy to use if you grease the pan and slightly flour it or use a spray pan agent. this is almost almost 2 pounds in weight. It is a very sturdy heavy pan. Perfect for even baking.
