flatter_me_too @cmlh hi! thanks for your interest in this Nord Collection jacket. I have added 2 pics. Jacket comes with small shoulder pads that can be removed *see pic with snaps. I always this jacket with the pads. please note that the jacket is not lined- hence the fitted, casual look and feel...just enough room for blouse, sweater or turtleneck. debbie
