Noogat button up draw string hem striped tunic blouse NWT

Pretty striped button up blouse from Noogat. Cap sleeves. Panel that covers up the buttons. Hem is elasticized, with a draw string. Pit to pit measures 28”. Length measures approximately 29”. Boxy style. These blouse doesn’t have standard sizing, but I believe it to be a 1x. Please see measurements.
