candyet @switzerland144 hello I do apologize I didn’t see your notification, please use warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Do not use Brillo pads or harsh abrasive cleaners, for stuck on food let the pan soak in a soapy water for 10 minutes before wiping. Then dry immediately to keep prevent water spots and keep handle in a good condition.
