Noir open back party dress

Fun and flirty open back A line party dress. Fully lined on top, left side zipper close, length 20 in from waist. Back detail is black with rest of dress in a dark teal color. Could be worn with a black cardigan or blazer for work, then it moves into cocktail hour when you shed the jacket! Worn a few times, excellent condition!
