Noir (ModCloth) striped long sleeve dress. Cinched waist with drawstring and button cuffs. Really cute and light weight dress. Can easily be worn as is or throw some tights underneath for a while new look. Measurements were taken flat and are approx: size M- 15.5 shoulder to shoulder, 19.5 pit to pit, 15.5 cinched waist, 23.5 arm length, 37 length and 4 buttoned cuff. In excellent condition. Black and brown.
