debbonns @jilliankondo Nocona made these boots in the late 80s to the early 90s so they are vintage. During that time period western boots were sized in mens sizes, even though these were ladies boots. I typically wear an 8 Medium in womens shoes and boots. In vintage westen/cowboy boots such as these, I wear a 6.5 B ...hope this helps
