No boundaries Y2K Black Floral slit Maxi Dress NWT

Never been worn! New without tags. Only tried it on once. The dress can be worn with or without that white t shirt underneath. The shirt is cropped and form fitting, the dress is lightweight and hits me personally right at my feet. I am just under five foot, so if you’re a bit taller, it might be more of an ankle length. The straps are adjustable, and it is comfortable, just didn’t like how it fit me personally.
